Class Duration: Each class includes a 10-minute “Intro” session (mandatory for first-comers to attend in full) followed by a 50-minute “Pop Ride”.

Late Policy: For safety reasons, latecomers will NOT be admitted to class once the “Pop Ride” session begins.
