Normal breathable exercise clothes are fine — nothing too loose or too tight. (Don’t forget your socks.)
We provide complimentary cycling shoes, so no need to bring your own (with Shimano SPD cleat) unless you prefer.

Different class types are designed for different fitness levels led by professional instructors:
* Chill Pop – A relaxed, beginner‑friendly ride with guidance on riding forms and simple choreography.
* Power Pop – A high‑intensity ride for experienced riders looking to push endurance and strength.
* Theme Pop – An engaging, all‑level ride built around specific entertaining themes and energetic vibes.
